Once again, commercially made belts have hard finish on the leather so they won’t take oil and crack and dry rot in short time. I make at least 50 different belt designs; however, I will present the most popular ones, most of which are made to last a lifetime.
MEASURING YOUR WAIST - the most accurate way is to lay out a belt you wear and measure from the end of the buckle to the hole you use. THIS LENGTH IS YOUR SIZE and we will call this the center hole – and give you two skinny holes and two fat holes.

The unbroken 5 braid is great with jeans or dress if you want. It is 1 ½” wide with a stainless steel roller buckle for comfort and made of ¼” thick saddle leather that becomes butter soft and better looking as the years roll by. Note: what an unbroken 5 braid means is that I braid 5 strands in one direction and think backwards to braid it out the other end so the belt is made of one single piece of leather.
