Made of soft gray cowhide with two outside pockets, leather general stars on the shoulders and a mystery skin collar [customer needs to guess what type of leather it is ] – I will give the answer after you receive it.

There are decorative buttons on the collar and decorative, but useful dee rings on the back of the vest so you can tie just about any size pack onto your back and carry it easily because the inside a soft smooth padded built-in waist belt to cinch down for support, including front tie downs for support if needed when carrying a pack or riding your motorcycle. The inside is also lined with deerskin and features many unique pockets including a right hander pistol pocket.

Most striking is the Top Plait braid around the shoulder arms –  each side has 40 feet  all one continuous strand of hand cut lace. [ let me tell you about Top Plait lacing – it takes 4 passes thru to advance one hole and there are 90 holes on each side.]  It always turns out to be rich and awesome looking but it takes about 10 hours of my time to finish one side.The exact one shown here is for sale and will fit a man with broad shoulders and a waist of 34 to 36 and a chest of 40 to 42.
